The Emergency Relief Foundation is an initiative that is here to help reunite pets and owners. Thru our course of life we experience natural disasters or things that are out of our control. The weather is  unpredictable and can cause major damage to our planet and our homes. The E.R.F is setup to rebuild and reunite. We service both private owners, rescue and education facilities. In order to apply for our E.R.F please complete all sections of the form. It will be reviewed to verify you meet our qualifications.
